1. PROMOTER

The promotion is conducted by Local Brewing Co. 3 Hilton St, Clifton Hill VIC 3068, in partnership with Hawthorn Football Club. By entering, participants agree to these terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

1. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees and immediate family members of Local Brewing Co., Hawthorn FC, and associated agencies are ineligible.
3. Entry is void where prohibited by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER

1. Purchase a case (16-can) of Hawks Lager via localbrewing.co during the competition period (21 May – 30 June 2025).
2. Each case purchased constitutes one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

4. PRIZE 

1. One (1) winner will receive two (2) Guard of Honour positions at an upcoming Hawthorn FC AFL home game (game to be determined by Hawthorn FC and the Promoter, subject to scheduling).
2. The winner and one (1) guest will stand on the boundary and form part of the Guard of Honour as the team runs out.
3. Prize includes two (2) match-day tickets for the selected game.
4. Prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or any other ancillary costs unless stated.
5. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. DRAW & NOTIFICATION

1. The draw will take place on or around 7 July 2025 at Local Brewing Co., 3 Hilton St, Clifton Hill VIC 3068.
2. The draw is conducted electronically by random selection under the supervision of an independent scrutineer.
3. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.
4. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, a redraw will take place. The Promoter's decision is final.

6. CONDITIONS OF PRIZE

1. The Guard of Honour appearance is subject to Hawthorn FC's scheduling, stadium access policies, and AFL rules. The specific match will be communicated to the winner after the draw.
2. The winner and their guest must comply with all stadium, AFL, and Hawthorn FC regulations at all times.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
4. The winner consents to their name and likeness being used by Local Brewing Co. and Hawthorn FC for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during entry is used only for competition administration and, with the winner's consent, for promotional purposes. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Local Brewing Co.'s Privacy Policy at localbrewing.co/policies/privacy.

8. GENERAL

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in a manner contrary to these terms.
3. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion.
4. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

9. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
